KENDRICK LAMAR'S DAMN. was one of the biggest albums to drop in 2017. Between the hype and the role out, Kendrick and the TDE crew made sure the awareness for their campaign was thorough. While we've had a few months to digest it, it's fair to say that it was one of the best albums to drop this year, if not the best. Today, Billboard revealed their year-end BILLBOARD 200 ALBUMS LIST and Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. has topped it.

Billboard's year-end lists surfaced today and have revealed the top artists, albums and songs of the year. Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. takes the number one spot and is followed by BRUNO MAR'S 24K Magic at second and THE WEEKND'S Starboy at third. DRAKE'S More Life takes the fifth position on their charts with Post Malone's Stoneyand MIGOS Culture sitting at seventh and eighth place, respectively. J. COLE'S 4 Your Eyez Only caps off the top 10 albums of the year. 
While Kendrick beats Drake for top albums of the year, Drake takes sits higher than Kendrick on the TOP ARTISTS list. Drake sits at 3 while Kendrick sits at four and is followed by the Weeknd for the fifth position. Kendrick's "HUMBLE." also hits number four on the TOP SONGS charts.

Billboard states their year-end music recaps are based off of statistical chart performance between the dates of December 3rd, 2016 and November 25th, 2017.
